Tom is the Founder and Managing Partner at Dilworth Capital, an entrepreneurial investment firm formed to acquire, operate and grow a private business.
Prior to his current role Tom was as an investment banker working with service, manufacturing and technology companies in the healthcare sector at both Wells Fargo Securities and Stifel Financial. Tom worked extensively with clients both in the US and internationally on M&A advisory transactions and debt and equity origination. During his tenure as an investment banker he developed extensive experience in valuing and analyzing businesses. Prior to his work in investment banking Tom worked as a consultant with Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers and as a plant engineer with Exelon Nuclear at Thee Mile Island Unit 1. During his time as a consultant and plant engineer Tom gained significant operational experience leading several large-scale infrastructure projects. Tom’s expertise spans several industry verticals, including healthcare, construction and utilities.
Tom holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he was awarded multiple academic distinctions and was a leader of his class which elected him as the Executive Vice President of the program. He also holds MS and BS degrees in Engineering from Lehigh University.
